For The Culture -Virtual Discussion

A lively discussion of the themes of the remake of “The Color Purple” including faith, sexuality, abuse, familial relationships, forgiveness, redemption, and empowerment. This event will be targeted toward young adults and will include a multigenerational discussion. 

The event will be moderated by Dolores Tarver, Ph.D., Licensed Psychologist. Panelists will delve into various themes. We are working to see if we can find movie clips to show as a part of the discussion for viewers who may not have seen the movie.
