STATEMENT OF POLICY:

The Page-Doleman Complex is available for rental to all individuals, non-profit organizations and corporations. All functions must be deemed appropriate to families and must not interfere with planned functions. The Page-Doleman Complex reserves the right to deny facility usage to any group for any program
which is inconsistent with the complex purposes or reputation. The Board of Trustees has the authority to take action and make decisions, which are in the best interest of the Page-Doleman Complex safety, security and image in the community it serves. The Page-Dolman Complex is a smoke-free facility, smoking is not allowed in the building.


            Capacity for Rental Space:                                   Max 225

$300 non-refundable rental reservation deposit is required within 72 hours of a requested reservation. Half of the rental rate is due when the rental agreement is signed.  A rental agreement must be signed within one week after the rental reservation is made.  A rental reservation is not complete until the non-refundable deposit has been paid and the rental agreement has been signed. Final payment is due (14) days in advance of the event, otherwise your reservation would be cancelled due to non payment.

Decorations on walls and light fixtures are not permitted. All decorations must be freestanding and must be removed immediately following the event. The renter is responsible for the conduct of invited guests. The renter is responsible for the safety and conduct of invited guests. Children must be supervised at all times. Limited alcohol consumption is allowed (i.e. champagne only for toasts at reception, banquets, dinners, etc.). The renter will be responsible for ensuring that the caterers clean up thoroughly; this includes depositing all trash in the correct outside containers or carrying it away with them. The use of red-based beverages or food is not permitted. LED candles only are permitted, no open flame candles are permitted. Throwing of rice, birdseed, confetti, etc. is not permitted inside of the building. No food or drinks are permitted in the lobby areas.

The rental period begins when the first person in the group arrives to set-up and ends when the clean-up is complete. All events must end no later than 12:00 a.m. The preparation/kitchen area should be left neat and clean. The banquet room should be left neat and clean. Each group renting the facility will appoint one person to be responsible for making arrangements with the Page-Doleman Complex personnel and for supervising the event. This person will ensure that the Page-Doleman Complex rental policies are followed by the renting organization and caterer.

Choice of caterers, rental company and other services are at the discretion of the renter. The renter will be solely responsible for any damage that might occur to the rental equipment brought in by a rental company. The Page-Doleman Complex and its personnel will not at any time be responsible for the wear and tear of any outside rental equipment. The renter assumes all responsibility for any goods or material, which may be placed in storage with facility before, during or after event. Please coordinate your deliveries so they will arrive during the access time.
